Eager-To-Learn Upcoming Courses & Registration

Registration, Payment and Cancellation

  • Registration and payment must be completed online through Eager-to-Learn's secure Web site using a Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit or debit card. Registration and payment cannot be completed through MnStreams.org. Checks are not accepted.
  • Registration requires an Eager-to-Learn account. New accounts can be created here.
• A student is not successfully registered for a course until payment is received. Any unpaid student attending a course will be automatically removed. When a course has been successfully paid for a confirmation e-mail and receipt will be sent.
• Register for courses early. Enrollment closes one week prior to the start of a course. Any students registering late will be charged a $5 administrative fee.
• Eager-to-Learn will cancel courses with fewer than five students. In the event that a course is canceled students will be notified no later than one week prior to the start of the course and will receive a full refund.
• Students may withdraw and receive a full refund up until one week prior to the start of a course. A student who withdraws from a course after the one week deadline will not receive a refund. If withdrawal from a course is necessary please give as much notice as possible so another student may fill the spot.
• Certificates are emailed to all students who complete the course requirements. If you need a replacement certificate contact Brian at brianw@mnchildcare.org. A $5.00 administration fee will be charged for a replacement certificate.

Course Fee Information:

In-service hours meet the needs of most licensing requirements. Eager-to-Learn recommends that you always check with your individual child care licensor to ensure you will receive credit for your courses. The majority of students find they are able to use their Eager-to-Learn courses for in-service hours.

CEU's can be applied to CDA renewal requirements and meet many other training requirements. Eager-to-Learn follows the CEU standards laid out by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training. If you are interested in taking a course for CEU's please contact etlsupport@mnchildcare.org or (651) 746-4025.

Both inservice hour and CEU amounts are based off the total amount of time a student will invest in a course.
