Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a Develop account in order to register for an ATL training?
Yes! You need a Develop account to register for and complete ATL trainings. You cannot complete ATL trainings through another person’s account.
If you do not have a Develop account, visit the Develop website to create one.
How do I register for an ATL training?
Register for ATL trainings by visiting the Course Schedule & Registrations section on the Eager-to-Learn website. You can also search for ATL trainings on Develop.
ATL training registration must be completed online using a credit or debit card. Registrations will not be accepted over the phone, by mail, or by fax.
When are ATL trainings available?
You can register for an ATL training anytime, but we do divide registration and completion periods into four quarters per year. Participants must complete all ATL trainings in the same quarter that they register.

Now that I’m registered, where can I locate my ATL training?
Are there deadlines for completing an ATL training?
Yes! You must complete all ATL trainings in the same quarter that you registered. The "end date" listed in your ATL training is the quarter deadline. To see the start and end dates, log into Eager-to-Learn and find your "My Courses" list. If you do not complete your ATL training by the end of the quarter, you will need to re-register and re-pay to complete the training in the next quarter.
Where do I receive proof that I completed an ATL training?
Your Develop Learning Record will serve as proof of completing your training. Download this helpful MNCPD resource for more information about accessing your Learning Record.
Your Learning Record will show your training within three business days following completion of the final quiz.
Can I take ATL trainings on a tablet or other mobile device?
Yes! In order to view your ATL training on a mobile device, you may simply need to use a different internet browser to access Eager-to-Learn. We’ve found Puffin to work best. You can download it for free.
