Description:
Child care providers are being encouraged to serve children more whole grains. In this course you will learn how to read labels for whole grains, tips for shopping for whole grains on a budget and ideas on how to prepare whole grain foods that children will eat. You will also learn how to introduce whole grain foods to children and their families.
