The on-line portion of the RBPD Credential Training of Trainers includes 3 on-line message boards/chats, covering sessions 4-10 of the RBPD Credential training. The first session of the on-line portion focuses specifically on session 4 of the RBPD Credential, delving deeper into implicit bias and the effect this has on the RBPD relationship. The second on-line session focuses on the Transtheoretical Model of Change and its application for RBPD work. This session also allows time for answering questions/problem solving activities conducted in sessions 5-7 of the RBPD Credential. The third on-line class will focus on sessions 8-10 of the RBPD Credential and targets trainer challenges, including time management of the many activities offered in these sessions. Participants will have the opportunity to think through the activities and ask questions. The entire RBPD Credential TOT includes three one-line and two face-to-face classes, plus two days of Practice Based Coaching training.
