About to celebrate her first birthday in 2 weeks, and just cleaned up from a third birthday for her brother!

I had to complete a capstone project and present my data/information at a gala-esque presentation night and submit it to a relevant agency. I studied the affects of retinoic acid on zebrafish spinal cord development as part of a larger scope research with Multiple Sclerosis. Not early education related.. but quite the experience!

So for example one year I was flooded with educators who wanted to revamp their onboarding and/or training system because they could se a lack and it was evident with the turnover and feedback they were getting from the staff. But that also speaks to the climate we were /are in . Each capstone project has been done from the heart of where they could see a need
