Understanding and Preventing Challenging Behavior (01/12/22 - 02/02/22)
The foundation of children’s secure social emotional development is their secure relationships. This course will examine the impact of provider and parent relationships on children’s behavior and explore strategies for promoting positive social emotional growth. Emotional literacy will also be examined as a way to help children learn to express feelings and prevent challenging behaviors.
