Assessment is a familiar buzzword in the child care and education field but not always easily understood and practiced. Participants in this training will practice the assessment cycle of gathering information and making decisions based on that information. The purpose of gathering and using information is to support children and families.

Families and communities provide the foundations children need to be successful. This course will at the resources and reflective skills providers need to work successfully with diverse families.
