Adult Learning Module 2: Design Skills (12/05/19 - 12/19/19)
In this course Participants will be introduced to the principles associated with designing content-based training. Among other topics, participants will develop training objectives, discuss the use of the learning cycle in training design and consider evaluation strategies for measuring the effectiveness of a training session.
